Congratulations to the Amy Love Memorial Scholarships Recipients!

Each semester, the Amy Love Memorial Scholarship provides an award up to $500 in memory of Amy Love, longtime educator and student/community advocate, to freshman and sophomore students in any English major. These applicants have shown that they have contributed to the public good through community service learning (CSL) classes or other work/activism in their communities. Congratulations to Maddux Eckerling, Malachi Perkins, and Tamanna Shirol!

Folks can continue to promote and receive contributions to the fund by:

  1. going to develop.sfsu.edu and clicking make a gift/donate
  2. on the donation form, clicking "direct my gift to" and selecting "write in alternative description" from the very bottom of the drop-down menu
  3. writing in Amy Love Memorial Scholarship in the "additional gift instructions" box

Scholarship Intent: To award a scholarship in memory of Amy Love, longtime educator and student/community advocate, to freshman and sophomore students in any major. Applicants must show that they have contributed to the public good through community service learning (CSL) classes or other work/activism in their communities. This is one of few scholarships directed to students in their first and second years - please support!
